Inform Us of Your Maintenance Issues

Simply fill out the form to the left and we will address your maintenance issue within 24-48 business hours, depending on the nature of the request. If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call 911 or the city or county fire department in case of fire or water emergencies. For electrical and/or gas emergencies, contact PG&E at 800-743-5000. You may also refer to your tenant emergency guideline. If you have a water leak, turn the water off to the area of the leak to prevent further damage.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Renter’s Insurance:

Tenants are required to carry the proper renter’s insurance coverage to cover the cost of damages to their personal belongings. ResCom Properties, Linda Blair and the owners of the home should also be named as an “additional insured”.

Release of Key:

I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
