Linda Blair is the Broker and Owner of ResCom Real Estate, an independent Benicia-based brokerage specializing in luxury and distinctive residential properties. Serving Benicia, Solano County, Contra Costa County, and select East Bay communities, Linda provides sellers with highly personalized representation, elevated property marketing, and the direct involvement of an experienced broker throughout every stage of the transaction.

Licensed since 2002, Linda brings more than two decades of real estate experience to her clients. Her background spans luxury residential sales, multifamily residential investments, mixed-use properties, 1031 exchanges, and property management. This breadth of knowledge allows her to see both the beauty and the business of real estate—evaluating a property’s distinctive features and marketability while also understanding its condition, income potential, operating considerations, and long-term value.

Representing sellers of luxury and distinctive homes is the primary focus of Linda’s practice. She understands that exceptional properties require more than standard marketing. Each home has its own character, setting, lifestyle, and story, and Linda develops an individualized strategy to present those qualities thoughtfully and effectively.

Her hands-on approach begins well before a property enters the market. Linda advises sellers on preparation, improvements, pricing, positioning, presentation, and timing. She helps clients determine where an investment is likely to add value, coordinates the details required to bring the property to market, and develops polished marketing designed to showcase its strongest features and reach the right audience. From preparation through negotiation and closing, clients work directly with Linda and benefit from her personal attention, candid advice, and careful oversight.

A second strength of Linda’s practice is representing select clients in the acquisition and sale of multifamily residential income properties. She understands that these decisions must be supported by careful analysis of income, expenses, cash flow, financing, property condition, tenant considerations, and future value. Having completed all four core CCIM courses, Linda combines financial analysis with practical market experience to help clients evaluate opportunities and make well-informed investment decisions.

Linda’s extensive property-management background provides an additional advantage. Her firsthand understanding of rental operations, maintenance, tenant considerations, and long-term ownership helps her recognize issues and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent. Although her practice is now focused on representing sellers of luxury and distinctive residential properties, along with select multifamily investors, her broader investment experience gives clients an important edge when evaluating the complete picture and making decisions that support both their immediate goals and long-term interests.

Linda began her career with Century 21 M&M and Associates, where she quickly became a top producer and received multiple Master’s Sales Awards. She later joined Alain Pinel Realtors, now Compass, where she expanded her knowledge of sophisticated residential marketing. In 2009, she fulfilled a longtime goal by opening her own brokerage in Benicia.

As a longtime Benicia resident and First Street business owner, Linda offers meaningful local knowledge and personal accountability. Because she operates an independent brokerage, her clients work directly with the broker responsible for their transaction—not through layers of assistants or a high-volume team structure. This allows Linda to remain personally involved, responsive, and attentive to the details that can materially influence a client’s experience and outcome.

Originally from Istanbul, Linda immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of five. Her father was a skilled goldsmith, and her mother was a seamstress. From them, she learned the importance of hard work, perseverance, craftsmanship, and treating others with respect—values that continue to guide her personally and professionally. Linda speaks English, Armenian, and Turkish and is the proud mother of five.

Linda has built her business on honesty, integrity, professionalism, and direct communication. Whether she is preparing an exceptional home for market, creating a strategy for a distinctive property, or advising a multifamily investor, her goal remains the same: to provide thoughtful guidance, protect her client’s interests, and achieve the strongest possible result.
