This is strictly Membership rights to Odd Fellows Recreation Club, a private non-profit organization. This membership includes access to Club-owned lot, with a 1 bed 1 bath home on it that is in need of a complete rennovation to shore up every area of the home. Membership includes common areas, bocci ball, lawn bowling tennis courts, Rec hall, Games, activities, baseball, soccer field, private river access,a library and consessions. There are activities every week during the summer, camping for extra family, cabins too for friends to visit. New members do require sponsors known to them in the park to qualify. Please note, the cabin is non-deeded personal property. Buyers provide proof of membership in an Odd Fellows, Rebekah, Mason, or Eastern Star Lodge prior to making offer. Buyers must be approved by the Club, meet park criteria, (back ground, criminal and financial checks attend a Membership meeting interview etc..)
